Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature depending on the amount of the order. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo to a relay point. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online. Deliveries are made on average within 7 working days to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The dimensions of the packages are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In France, delivery will be free for orders placed
on the online store over 1080 euros.
